We have a 14-day return policy (health supplement products only), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is only for products with defects or items not as per what you ordered or if the product is not effective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and sealed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, items damaged due to misuse or negligence, items with signs of wear and tear, items not in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Process

- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning the item are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item. You are responsible for returning the item(s) in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Admin Fees
Please note that a non-refundable administrative fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover various cost associated with processing returns, including packaging expenses, system fees and shipping charges.
